Ingredients

4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)

4 tablespoons unsalted butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

Zest of 1 lemon

1 teaspoon dried oregano

Salt and pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Lemon slices, for serving

Optional: 1 teaspoon paprika for added color

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Prepare the Butter Mixture: In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the butter. Add the minced garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Stir well and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. If using paprika, add it in now for color.

Arrange the Salmon: Place the salmon fillets on a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Drizzle half of the garlic butter mixture over the fillets, ensuring they are evenly coated.

Bake the Salmon: Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake the salmon for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.

Add the Remaining Butter: Halfway through cooking, spoon the remaining garlic butter over the salmon to enhance the flavor.

Garnish and Serve: Once cooked, remove the salmon from the oven. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve with lemon slices alongside.

              Prep Time: 10 minutes | Total Time: 25 minutes | Servings: 4

                - Presentation Tips: Serve the salmon on a bed of sautéed greens or steamed asparagus for color. Add an extra drizzle of garlic butter and a sprinkle of parsley on top for an elegant finish.
