Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella and cream cheese. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until melted and smooth.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the egg, almond flour, baking powder, everything bagel seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and a pinch of salt.
Pour the melted cheese mixture into the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms. You may need to use your hands to fully combine everything.
Once mixed, divide the dough into 12 equal portions and roll each into a small ball. Place them evenly spaced on the prepared baking sheet.
Sprinkle a little extra everything bagel seasoning on top of each ball for added flavor and crunch.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden and puffy.
Allow the bagel bites to cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Allow to cool slightly before serving for best texture.
