Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine honey, Sriracha sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil. Whisk together until well mixed; set aside.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Add the ground chicken to the skillet, breaking it up with a wooden spoon. Cook until the chicken is browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
Toss in the broccoli florets; stir-fry for another 4-5 minutes until the broccoli is tender but still crisp.
Pour the honey-Sriracha mixture over the chicken and broccoli. Stir well to coat evenly, making sure everything is heated thoroughly.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook for an additional 2 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken slightly.
Serve the mixture hot over a bed of cooked jasmine rice or quinoa.
