In a large bowl, combine the Brussels sprouts, olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss well to coat the sprouts evenly.
Spread the Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet in a single layer. Roast them in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until they are crispy and golden brown, stirring halfway through.
While the Brussels sprouts are roasting, prepare the honey Sriracha glaze. In a small bowl, mix together honey and Sriracha until well combined. Adjust the Sriracha to your taste for desired spiciness.
Once the Brussels sprouts are done roasting, remove them from the oven and drizzle the honey Sriracha mixture over them. Toss to coat the sprouts evenly in the glaze.
Return the coated Brussels sprouts to the oven and roast for an additional 5 minutes, allowing the glaze to caramelize slightly.
Remove from the oven and let them cool for a couple of minutes before transferring to a serving dish.
Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
Adjust the Sriracha sauce according to your spice preference.
