In a mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Add the chicken thighs to the bowl and coat them evenly with the garlic butter mixture.
Place the chicken thighs in a baking dish skin-side up.
Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese generously over the top of each chicken thigh.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 35-40 minutes or until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F or 75°C).
In the last 5 minutes of baking, switch the oven to broil to achieve a crispy, golden crust.
Once done, remove from the oven and garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
