diced tomatoes, undrained

beef or vegetable broth

potatoes, diced

carrots

garlic, minced

dried thyme

teaspoon
paprika

teaspoon

frozen peas

Worcestershire sauce

fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef or turkey until fully cooked. Drain excess fat if necessary.
Transfer the cooked meat to the crock pot.
Add the diced tomatoes, broth, potatoes, carrots, onion, garlic, thyme, paprika, salt, black pepper, and Worcestershire sauce to the crock pot.
Stir all the ingredients to combine thoroughly.
Cover the crock pot and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 4-5 hours until the vegetables are tender.
During the last 30 minutes of cooking, add the frozen peas and stir to combine.
Once finished, give the stew a good stir and taste. Adjust seasoning if needed.
Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
