2 tablespoons milk

1 cup all-purpose flour

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper for easy removal.

    Make Brownie Base: In a large mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar. Stir until well mixed.

      Add Eggs & Vanilla: Whisk in the eggs, one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract until the mixture is smooth and glossy.

        Combine Dry Ingredients: In another bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
