Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Set aside.
Slice the slider buns in half horizontally, keeping the tops and bottoms connected. Place the bottom half in a greased 9x13 baking dish.
Layer each slider with a slice of ham followed by a slice of Swiss cheese until all 12 are stacked neatly on the bottom half of the buns.
Place the top half of the slider buns over the layers of ham and cheese.
Drizzle the butter mixture evenly over the top of the buns, making sure to cover them generously.
Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
After 20 minutes, remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and crispy.
Once done, remove from the oven, and let cool for a minute before slicing into individual sliders.
Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
