Prepare the Pudding: In a mixing bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and cold milk until well combined. Sit aside for about 5 minutes, allowing it to thicken.

    Whip the Cream: In another bowl, use a hand mixer or stand mixer to whip the heavy whipping cream until soft peaks form. Gradually add in the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until stiff peaks form.

      Combine Mixtures: Gently fold the whipped cream into the thickened pudding until fully incorporated. If desired, add ground cinnamon for an extra layer of flavor.
