1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined

4 tablespoons unsalted butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 lemon, juiced

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions
 

Begin by rinsing the shrimp under cold water, then pat them dry with a paper towel. Set aside.

    In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.

      Once the butter is melted and bubbling, add the minced garlic. Sauté for about 1-2 minutes until the garlic is fragrant but not browned.

        Increase the heat to medium-high, then add the shrimp to the skillet. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on one side until they are pink, then flip them over.

          Squeeze the fresh lemon juice over the shrimp and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until fully cooked and opaque.

            Remove the skillet from heat and stir in the chopped parsley for a fresh touch.

              Serve immediately while warm, and garnish with lemon slices if desired.
